HARDING NIGHT WITH THE RANGERS

More than 930 prospective and current students, alumni, and friends joined us for Harding Night with the Rangers June 5. Everyone enjoyed a buffet dinner and great seats. The first 700 received a commemorative Harding Night T-shirt, and some won door prizes. Fans represented a wide range of Texas cities, and some groups even came from out of state. This was the largest group the Texas Rangers have ever hosted. Make plans to be a part of next summer's event. The date will be announced soon.

HARDING NIGHT WITH THE ASTROS

The datMore than 500 current and prospective students, alumni, and friends attended Harding Night with the Houston Astros June 28, 2007. Craig Biggio collected his 3,000th career hit, and Carlos Lee hit a grand slam with two outs in the 11th inning as the Astros beat the Colorado Rockies. Before the game a reception was held at The Depot at Union Station with representatives from many Texas youth groups. It was an incredible game with a sold-out crowd.
