President's Council

Bringing energy and generosity to the task, the President's Council at Harding University has provided nearly 40 years of diligent service and outstanding support to the University. As the University goes into a new millennium, the time is ripe for renewal and growth as the council expands its influence for service to Harding. The President's Council includes a select group of men and women who have committed themselves to supporting and advancing the mission of the University. In the following ways:

• Functioning as goodwill ambassadors
• Furnishing advice and counsel on matters of strategic importance
• Contributing financial support and leadership, especially to the President's Council Scholarship Fund
• Assisting in student recruitment and job placement
• Identifying new Council prospects and working with Advancement staff in the recruitment process

American Studies Institute

Harding's American Studies Institute stands as a tribute to the heritage that has made America the great nation that it is. More than 75 years of educational excellence at Harding has provided the atmosphere for free enterprise education in a nation founded upon Christian principles of faith, liberty and human dignity. The University strives to enhance the appreciation of that heritage through the ASI's focus on basic principles of free enterprise.

America's Club - Contribution of $10,000 or more

• ASI plaque for display
• Free, unlimited employee attendance to Sales and Leadership seminars
• Discount rates for the Executive Retreat Center
• Discount rates for the Heritage Conference Center/Hotel
• Discounted Continuing Education seminars
• Select sponsors will have picture taken with Distinguished Lecturers
• Guaranteed 8 or more tickets, upon request, to ticketed lectures

Liberty Club - Contribution of $5,000 or more

• Free, unlimited employee attendance to Sales and Leadership seminar
• Guaranteed 6 tickets, upon request, to ticketed lectures

Constitutional Club - Contribution of $2,500 or more

• Guaranteed 4 tickets, upon request, to ticketed lectures

Free Enterprise Club - Contribution of $1,000 or more

• Guaranteed 2 tickets, upon request, to ticketed lectures
