Application Procedure
Application tp the BMIN program requires application to Harding University and application to CAMT. The BMIN administration will review the BMIN application only after the applicant has been admitted to Harding University.

Application Forms
The four steps of the BMIN screening process are shown below, along with the a list of forms required for application and admission to the BMIN program. Those that are pdf documents need to be downloaded, completed and mailed to BMIN, Box 12236 Searcy AR 72149. If you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader before you download the pdf forms, .
1. Tier 1 Screening
- BMIN Application for Admission.pdf. Include an application fee of $40.
- BMIN Confidential Admission Reference - General.pdf (2 required)
- BMIN Confidential Admission Reference - Religious.pdf (2 required)
- Essay Instructions.pdf
- Consent to a security background check
- SAT/ACT score request - have scores sent to CAMT, Box 12236 Searcy AR 72149
- Official college transcript(s) - have them sent to CAMT, Box 12236 Searcy AR 72149
After the BMIN administrator reviews and accepts the Tier 1 documents. we will send you the Tier 2 information lsited below.
2. Tier 2 Screening
- Old Testament competency exam
- New Testament competency exam
- Grammar and Composition exam
- Taylor/Johnson Temperament Analysis. A Consent Form must be signed permittiing your scores to be released to the BMIN administrator.
