Welcome
The mission of the Department of Computer Science is to:
- Prepare students for participation in all phases of software development;
- Provide a foundation of fundamental concepts which will accommodate emerging technologies
The CS Department is in the College of Sciences. We offer BS and BA degrees in Computer Science which prepare students for placement in the following positions:
- Software Engineer
- Computer Systems Analyst
- Database Programmer/Administrator
- Network Engineer
- Web Developer
- Graduate studies in Computer Science

- The Eighth Annual Consortium for Computing Sciences in Colleges Mid-South Conference (CCSC-MS 2010) will be held at Harding University on March 26-27, 2010.
