Decide what dates you would like to have interns (between May 15 and August 8)

Decide where you would like to take you interns on survey

Send in any language materials and reading materials you would like your interns to use prior to going to the field**

Send in information interns will need to fill out visa forms

Send a list of items you would like the interns to bring with them for you and how (if applicable) we need to get them (ex: from home church or family, crates, large suitcases, etc)

Send a “What to Pack List” for the interns
