Visa Requirements

Tourist Visa

1. Submit your valid, signed, U.S. Passport
2. Visa Application Form, completed and signed
3. Passport-type photographs required
4. Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent

Turn in your passport, completed application form, and two passport-type photographs to the internship director by March 1, 2007. The director will provide a copy of your itinerary for you when your turn in your forms.

Passport pictures can be taken on Thursdays in the Missions Lounge (McInteer 136).

Non-Harding interns are responsible for getting their own pictures made. Please mail completed visa forms, pictures, passport, and receipt for pictures to Casey Allison, HU Box 12280, Searcy, AR 72143.

Information you will need to fill out your visa forms:

Section 1: Check the box beside Tourist Visa.
Section 1: Write ___ for the number of entries
Section 2: Write STUDENT for your occupation.
Section 4: Write TOURISM for Purpose of Visit.
Section 4: Write _____ for your Date of Arrival
Section 4: Write 60 DAYS for your Length of Stay
Section 4: Write ______for your Place to Stay
Section 5: Write Casey Allison, 900 E. Center St, HU Box 12280, Searcy, AR USA 72143 for your Reference Person
