note: Equipment needs to be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance or 48 to 72 hours for Sunday or Monday delivery.|

The Audio/Visual office is located in the Brackett Library behind the Media Center. We are open Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

To guarantee we have the right equipment going to the right place we ask that you email us what you are needing and where it needs to be and by what time it needs to be set up.
Examples:
1 wireless lapel mic in Founders room at 1:00 pm on the 27th of August.
3 mics and an iPod connection. Front lawn at 3:00 pm on the 30th of August.
