Moodle
What is it?
Moodle is a Web-based course management system that allows faculty to deliver online course instruction or provide an online enhancement to on-campus courses. Students enrolled in courses supported with Moodle have access to support materials posted by the instructor, including syllabi, assignments, links to Web-based materials, discussion boards and chat rooms, and online quizzing.
How can I access it?
Option 1
Step 1: Type elearning.harding.edu in your web browser's address bar or click here.
Step 2: Type your username and password (same one you use for pipeline) in the appropriate boxes and click Login.
Step 3: Click on a course's title to view its online content.
Option 2
Step 1: Type pipeline.harding.edu in your web browser's address bar or click here.
Step 2: Type your username and password in the appropriate boxes and click Login.
Step 3: Click on the Students tab.
Step 4: Click on Click here to: under the My Courses box.
Step 5: Click on the link below the listing of your courses there that says Login to Moodle to see your classes.
Step 6: Type your username and password (same one you use for pipeline) in the appropriate boxes and click Login.
Step 7: Click on a course's title to view its online content.
What if it doesn't work?
Technical Support
For questions that deal with technical issues such as logging in, submitting assignments, taking quizzes or tests, uploading files or just about any question that begins with "How do I..." please contact Moodle support. They are available 24/7, and you can contact them by email, Chat, or phone (855-836-3518).
Student Support
If you have any questions that are course specific such as you are unable to access your course (invisible or unavailable), you cannot find your course, you do not understand an assignment, an assignment isn't there or anything having to do with local course content please contact your instructor. All troubleshooting questions should be directed to the 24/7 help line (see the above Technical Support section).
