Recent graduate of Harding's Art and Design Department, Chris Dixon, returned to campus this month to speak to students about his success in both sneaker design and fashion footwear. Chris, also an alumnus of the Bison Basketball team, won the 2010 Future Sole competition - Jordan Brand division - with his original concept, the Phase 23. He worked for Serena Williams' Aneres doing graphic, clothing and footwear design, and he was most recently featured as a finalist and winner of the Pensole Future of Footwear shoecase for his high heel design. He just launched his own luxury brand, ChristopherCoy, and continues to receive high praise across the fashion industry. We are blessed to have Chris as an alumnus, and thank him for sharing what he has learned to our student body.
