A History of the World in One Cup A three-week study abroad program designed exclusively for students in the Honors College The exploration begins in May 2010 with a cup of coffee! Join the three-week odyssey with honors students and professors, Patrick Garner and Jeffrey Hopper, as we explore regions in Ethiopia, Oman, Istanbul, and European capital cities where the sale and consumption of coffee impacted the world forever. Up to eight hours credit may be earned for participating in the program.
