Kids' Kollege Fall 2006
An Enrichment Program for K-6
Harding University will offer an enrichment program for students in grades K-6 for two Saturdays this fall, October 7 and 14. The classes will last two hours with a scheduled break. Remember to bring your child a snack.
Purpose
Kids Kollege is designed to provide kindergarten through sixth-grade students with enriching, challenging and fun learning experiences in the following content areas: art, music, cooking, math, reading, language, science and athletics.
In setting up the courses, we give priority to activities not ordinarily done in the regular curriculum due to time and/or monetary restrictions. Our program should be perceived as an enrichment boost for capable and motivated students.
Description and Orientation
Interested students will sign up for one or both classes. The location for each class as well as other specific directions will be given in a letter sent to the student the week before each class begins.
Attention!!
If you are no longer in the appropriate grades to participate in Kids’ Kollege, please let us know so that we may remove your name from our mailing list. Feel free to pass your application form on to a younger brother, sister or friend.
