Stephen is a field marketing representative for the independent agent distribution of Farmers Insurance (branded Foremost Insurance). He consults existing independent agencies in Arkansas; executing strategies that maximize the distribution of personal, specialty, and commercial lines of insurance. Stephen works to foster business relationships that help increase premiums with the company to retain a profitable business, trains new staff on company portfolio of products, and serves as the primary point of contact for agency support.
