Curriculum
ACCELERATED TRACK (36 HOURS)
The MBA program is highly flexible because it is designed with the working professional in mind. The MBA curriculum consists of 10 core classes (see below) required by every student, representing 30 credit hours of study. In addition to the core classes, students choose two elective courses, completing the required 36 hours for an MBA degree. The program begins with an emphasis on essential skills necessary to be successful in Harding's MBA program. Students move on to explore core business fundamentals presented in a logical flow to facilitate the learning process, culminating in an experiential capstone course.
CONCENTRATION TRACK (42 HOURS)
Concentration areas provide students with the option to individualize their MBA Program to meet their personal career objectives. This program of study requires the completion of 42 hours. It consists of 10 core classes (see below), required by every student, representing 30 credit hours of study. In addition to the Core Classes, students must enroll in 12 elective hours in the same concentrated area. Harding's MBA program offers five areas of concentrations:

- Information Technology
- International Business
- Leadership and Organizational Management.

Portfolio Requirement: In addition to your chosen track, students are required to complete an ethical integration portfolio.
