Fleet Vehicle Usage Regulations
- Requests are entered on a first-come, first-serve bases as vehicles are available.
- Departments reserving the vehicles will be responsible for all fuel used.
- Departments must have a valid university account to which all mileage expenses may be charged.
- Departments are also required to return all vehicles with a full tank of gasoline/diesel.
- Reservation for vehicles must be made by submitting a completed Transportation Request Form either in person or fax.
- Also, a completed Carpool Travel Log must be returned with the vehicle keys.
- Vehicles and keys must be returned immediately upon returning to campus. Other groups may need the vehicles.
- Those who plan on using any university vehicles must have the driver approved in advance through Harding's insurance coordinator, Jeremiah Robinson, located in the HR / Finance area of the Ezell Building.
- Any drivers of the mini-buses must have a current Arkansas CDL license.
- Pickup and Drop off hours:

- Weekdays 8am-4pm, Ezell 209a
- After hours and Weekends, Public Safety Office located in the Heritage Building
