General Information
Chapter 31 recipients: Harding University bills the Department of Veterans Affairs after the student’s hours have been certified through the VA Certifying Official.
All other chapter recipients: When the semester hours are certified by the VA Certifying Official at the beginning of the semester, it is up to the Department of Veterans Affairs to submit funds to Harding University.
Harding University receives no notification on when your housing, book stipend, kickers, etc. are paid out since those funds are forwarded directly to the student.
