Advanced Placement Policy (AP)
College Board's (AP) Advanced Placement courses are college-level classes in a wide variety of subjects that you can take while still in high school. They provide high school students challenging course work. For more information you can visit the AP College Board website
The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) allows students the opportunity to demonstrate college-level achievement in undergraduate courses. Students are able to recieve college credit for demonstrated knowledge in Composition and Literature, Foreign Languages, History and Social Sciences, Science and Mathematics, and Business. Most CLEP exams is 90 minutes, with the exception is the College Composition exam which is 120 minutes with multiple choice and 2 essay portions.
