Apartment Preference Form

Complete and submit this form if you desire a University apartment and are (1) married, (2) a single parent, or (3) a single student 23 years old or older. Your name will go on the waiting list when you are admitted for enrollment.

Contact the Admissions office at 800-477-4407 to pay the necessary $130 housing deposit with a credit card. The deposit is refundable if you are not assigned an apartment or any time up until 30 days before you move in.

Special Requests:

Alcoholic beverages, tobacco and pets (except for gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds and fish; However, a separate deposit is required) are not allowed in University housing.
