The following deadlines are for things due in the national office. Be sure to factor in your internal chapter and regional deadlines.

Feb. 15           Sponsor Service Pin forms due (and corresponding pins for upgrading)

Feb. 23           Postmark all Sledge/Benedict and Gaston/Nolle scholarship applications

Feb. 25           Student convention presentation entries are due. (Program entries received after this date may not be accepted. This is an extension from orig. due date.)

Mar. 2            Chapter Workshop Proposals due (E-mail your proposed title and one-or two-sentence summary to dorgan@harding.edu.)

Mar. 2            Postmark Honorary Membership nomination and fee

Mar. 2            Guaranteed Quad room reservations and prepayment due

Mar. 4            Hyatt hotel reservations cut-off for convention rate/room availability. (Call 800-233-1234 for reservations by midnight, Wed., Mar. 4.)

Mar. 15          Convention registration and fees due (Any chapter wishing to register after this date should call the national office for instructions.)

Mar. 15          Reserve and pay for Pacers basketball tickets

Apr. 2             Pack up the van or get on the plane, and head to Indianapolis!
