	Member FAQs: How do I become a member of AX? How do I request a reprint of my certificate? Is my school a member institution? What is my chapter name/number? In which region is my chapter? What happens at a National Convention? How do I apply for a scholarship? Does my chapter have a web page? How do I become a member of AX? First of all, there must be a chapter of Alpha Chi at your school. For those of you attending a school with an Alpha Chi chapter, the top ten percent of juniors, seniors, and graduate students are eligible for membership. However, individual chapters do have the right to set higher standards. You'll need to check with your chapter's faculty sponsor to determine the standards at your school. If there isn't a chapter at your school, you cannot become a member of Alpha Chi. To pursue starting a chapter, you'll need to approach your administration or perhaps the office of student affairs. You may order a reprint of your Alpha Chi membership certificate for $5.00. Please print and mail a Member Request Form to the National Office. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
