The philosophy of the interior design program at HU is to provide students with an education in design that builds fundamental design skills, imparts comprehensive knowledge, and gives opportunities to implement these skills and knowledge through creative and relevant interior design projects and experiences.

Students are encourage to develop an
attitude of service toward others and
sensitivity to the impact of design on
the environment.
