About the Center for Adult and Online Studies
The program is designed for the working adult learner (average age of 37). Balancing work and family can be a challenge and that is why our program is designed with you in mind.
The program is available online, and consists of three semesters per year (Fall, Spring, Summer). Each semester is comprised of multiple "blocks." As an example, the fall semester is 18 weeks in length and consists of three individual blocks (each block is six weeks in length). If a student takes two classes per block, they may be able to complete 18 hours in one semester, though they can take less hours. The schedule is aggressive to allow for completion in the shortest possible time; however, students can adjust their schedule to fit their personal needs.
Harding's mission is to provide a quality education that will lead to an understanding and philosophy of life consistent with Christian ideals.
