Work Study

Eligibility for Work Study

Upon successful completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you will receive an Award Letter indicating your eligibility for one of two work programs:

Federal Work Study 
Harding Work

Work study jobs allow students the flexibility of earning an income while still attending their regular class schedule.  A variety of positions are available and you may complete a Student Work Application to begin pursuing a work study position through the Student Human Resources Office.  All necessary forms are available in the Human Resources office. 

Federal Work Study

Federal Work Study is available to students on the basis of financial need, as long as funds are available. Students are paid $6.25 per hour.   

Harding Work Study

Students not eligible for Federal Work Study may work in the Harding Work program.  Students are paid $5.32 per hour.
