In addition to serving as Chair of the Department since May 2003, Professor Conley teaches Spanish, having won the Distinguished Teacher award, and directs the Spanish program at Harding University. For many years she and her husband Bill Conley have led Harding students to Venezuela and other Latin American countries on summer campaigns.
