|John Rogers graduated from Harding in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. During his time at Harding, Rogers was a member of TNT, the American Marketing Association and the Society for the Advancement of Management. He also participated in intramural sports.|
After graduation, Rogers moved to Orlando, FL for an internship at Walt Disney World. He planned to be there for four months, but it stretched into nine years and counting. He has held a position as the Digital Marketing Manager for Disney Parks for the last two and a half years. He uses marketing tools like Facebook to remind park guests that Mickey Mouse misses them. Rogers has had the opportunity to work several Super Bowls, launch brand new products, travel around the world and work with other bright and talented people.
Rogers appreciated the time and experiences he had during his time at Harding.
“Harding is more than a university, it is a family,” Rogers said. “That family of friends, professors and countless mentors have influenced my life and taught me lessons that I continue to apply today. I wouldn’t trade my time at Harding for any other college experience.”
