HRA has the following position open: Full-time Local Care Team Coordinator to provide delivery of wraparound facilitation services based out of the Batesville Clinic. Seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work related field that preferably has 1+ years of case management experience. Strong applicants will have excellent customer service skills, good organizational and task/time management skills. A valid Arkansas driver’s license with good driving record, written personal references, and criminal background checks are required. Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and evenings. Mills Treatment Center. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent with good organizational, time management, and customer service skills. CNA Certification preferred but not required. Must be 21 years of age with a valid Arkansas driver’s license. Work schedule will rotate, but some nights, weekends, and holidays will be required.
