OBJECTIVES

At the end of this presentation participants will be able to:

  • Understand how the neuropeptide oxytocin modulates social behavior and its underlying neurobiology in humans and non-human experimental animals
  • Understand that certain psychiatric disorders may involve dysfunction in the oxytocin system
