Minister's Housing Allowance

IRS regulations require the allowance be designated in advance of the tax year. All forms should be received in our office or postmarked on or before December 31.

We need you to:

1. Download the Certificate of Ordination (PDF) form only if you are not currently a recognized minister of the church of Christ.
2. Complete the form for Minister's Housing Allowance (online form) indicating your decision to participate or not participate on or before December 31.
