Harding University in Latin America (HULA)

HULA is conducted every Spring.

For the Spring semester, HULA will be in residence from the beginning of March to the end of May. See the updated course schedule below. (No previous Spanish required!)

HULA students live and study in apartments in Viña del Mar, a seaside resort city located 70 miles northwest of Santiago. The program includes study of the Spanish language and culture and Latin American history. Several extensive field trips include Santiago, Easter Island (the most remote land mass on earth), the Lake District of Chile, Torres del Paine, the Atacama Desert region, and the ancient Inca civilization of Machu Picchu, Peru.

Please take a moment to experience the HULA Film, the exciting documentary featuring our Latin America program.
