Interlibrary Loan Request Forms

Use these forms only if the item you want is not at the Brackett Library.  Check the library catalog to see if Brackett Library owns the item. 

To check the status of your interlibrary requests, log on to your library account. Requests will take one working day to show up in your account.

If you are a Distance Education Student or Faculty who is never (or rarely) physically on a Harding campus, please go to the Distance Education Request Forms.

Please choose which type of request you would like to make: (Please call the Interlibrary Loan Department at 501-279-4349 if you have questions.)

Borrow a book or tape from another library.

To request the loan of a book or audio/visual material, you have three options:

  • Go to WorldCat, find the item you need, then use the ILL button  ILL button  to request it.
  • If you already know which item you want, use a blank form.
  • If you need a book from the graduate school in Memphis (HUGSR), find the book in the library catalog and use the "Requests" button to access the "Request from a Harding branch library" form.

Request a photocopy from another library.

Request a photocopy of a journal article, book chapter, essay, conference proceeding.

Renew an interlibrary loan.

Request the renewal of your Interlibrary Loan Book, Thesis, Tape, CD loan - No charge

*NOTE: Do not try to renew Brackett Library items with this form. If you want to renew an item borrowed from Brackett Library, go to your Library Account.
