"Cliff Ganus is a renowned choral conductor/educator with an outstanding reputation. The singers under his direction gain a musical experience that is, for many, life changing. He and his singers bring to the listener a spiritual as well as an emotional dimension." - Eph Ehly

The Chorus is one of the three large choral ensembles at Harding University. Auditions for membership are held each fall, and students selected are required to meet a rigid rehearsal schedule in addition to maintaining a minimum grade level. The combination of dedication and hard work gives the members of the Chorus a closeness found in few other campus groups.

The Chorus sings a number of times on campus each year, and its annual Spring Concert features significant choral works. The Chorus appears regularly with the Arkansas Symphony.

Ten recordings of the Chorus have been released and are available through the Harding University Recording Studio and at tour concerts.

Harding's Choral Program
The Harding University choral program features two auditioned groups, the Chorus and the Concert Choir. Both tour extensively in this country and abroad. In the last ten years, the Chorus has sung in England, Scotland, Belgium, France, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Finland, Bulgaria, Greece, Albania, New Zealand, Australia, Jamaica, and Canada; and the Concert Choir has sung in Trinidad/Tobago, Aruba, Guyana, and Venezuela. Harding choruses appear regularly with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra.
