Harding Chamber Singers to host Christmas dinner and concert
SEARCY, Ark. — The Harding University Chamber Singers will host aChristmas dinner and concert Sunday, Dec. 6, at 6:30 p.m.
Under the direction of Dr. Kelly Neill, the group will present a
program of Christmas music while guests enjoy a delicious meal served
in Cone Chapel, overlooking the display of holiday lights on campus.
Musical selections will include an Irish and Scottish song, a Spanish
carol, and “Coventry Carol” from the 16th century. Other selections
will include the classic “Carol of the Bells,” Robert Young’s
“Magnificat,” an arrangement of “Silent Night” by Malcolm Sargent, and
three carol arrangements by Robert Shaw and Alice Parker. There will
also be an audience sing-a-long.
Tickets are $16 and may be purchased in the Classic Fare Catering
Office located in the American Heritage Building on campus. For more
