Stevens Art Center exhibit raises money for missions
SEARCY, Ark. — Harding University is currently holding an exhibitionin the Stevens Art Gallery through Feb. 26 featuring the works of
students to raise funds for a mission trip to Ghana, West Africa.
The gallery features drawings, paintings, ceramic pieces and
photographs for sale. The money raised will help fund the trip to
Ghana, where four students will paint murals at the Village of Hope.
The Village of Hope is a children’s home supported by Ghana West
Africa Missions since it opened in 1996. The University has been
sending students to the Village of Hope since summer 2007.
The gallery hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more
