• Bible Gateway.com. Foreign language Bibles on line. (Go down to Deutsch and select desired version, then below is a list of books and chapters to click on. The "Hoffnung für alle" version is colloquial N.T. only, like "Good News for Modern Man.")

GERMAN LEARNING SITES. Most of these sites let you practice German on line by typing "cloze" (fill in blanks) exercises. Some are instructional.

• Deutschkurs. A German site teaching German grammar in English.
• Deutschkurs. Learn plus.com - German idioms.
• BBC German site. This site has multimedia slides with audio and great cultural notes.
• BYKI.com. This site has audio with slides, dialogues, etc. On entering the site another language may be on top but find "German" on the marching language bar and you'll enter the German pages.

• Deutsch-lernen.com
• William and Mary College German GRAMMAR site
• BYKI.com This site has many languages. You choose one with button then they send you an email instructing you how to get the software downloaded.
