Health Talents International (HTI), based in Birmingham, Ala., focuses their work in Central America by
conducting four annual surgical trips to Guatemala, C.A. In February of each year, College of Nursing students
gain valuable experience in preoperative, interoperative and postoperative surgical care in a mission setting.
