Edmond W. Wilson, Jr. received a B.S. in Chemistry from Auburn University in 1962. He received an M.S. (1965) and a Ph.D. (1968) in Physical Chemistry from the University of Alabama. Dr. Wilson served as a Research Associate in Biophysical Chemistry at the University of Virginia from 1968 to 1972. He was also a NASA/ASEE Summer Faculty Fellow at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in the summers of 1997 and 1998. Dr. Wilson has been involved with NASA-related research for several years. He actively works to develop undergraduates as competent researchers.
