COVID-19 Information
Campus Life
Masks
Though masks are not currently required in most campus settings, some locations and activities may require masks to be worn. Students and employees should bring masks to campus and have them available for immediate use.
Residence Halls
We ask all students and guests to be mindful of others in the lobby and when visiting a room as distancing and masks are optional at this time.
Cafeteria and Student Center Food Court
Seating is currently at full capacity. We ask that students be considerate of others who may prefer to have increased distancing while eating.
Chapel
Chapel is especially important to the Harding experience. It is where we gather each day to worship and build community. We plan on meeting together daily at 9 a.m. All students will choose a chapel seat via Pipeline. Masks in chapel are optional at this time; if you would prefer to sit in a section that allows one seat of spacing between students and requires a mask, please email studentlife@harding.edu with this request. The University may require masks in chapel if local transmission of COVID-19 in the Harding community is determined to be high.
Chapel will begin meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 18.
Campus Activities
The Office of Campus Life is looking forward to the return of students and will be offering a number of campus activities including concerts and movies. Some specific activities may require masks and/or distancing.
Athletics
2021-22 sports schedules and season ticket information can be found at hardingsports.com. As we receive more information from the NCAA Sports Science Institute for competition recommendations and guidelines, we will get that information to our student-athletes.
