What is COBAlink?

One of the new resources the CPE introduced in 2013 is COBAlink, a career management system. Find our employer registration page. COBAlink focuses on Carter College of Business Administration students, so your positions will be seen by students with the following majors:  Accounting, Economics, Finance, Global Economics, Healthcare Administration, International Business, Management, Marketing, MIS, and Professional Sales. Your job postings will also be seen by COBA Graduate students and Alumni who are registered with COBAlink.

How do I register with COBAlink?

To access Symplicity, go to  Register for a new account. After logging in, please be sure to fill in your profile information.  If you run into any problems, please let us know by sending your comments to or calling us at 501-279-5555.

How do I list jobs on COBAlink?

After you've successfully registered, you can post any openings you'd like to share with Harding COBA students, Graduate students and Alumni; upon approval, we'll make sure we communicate the opportunities to our students that best fit the openings you have.

Are on-campus interviews available?

Absolutely. A great way to recruit Harding students is to take advantage of on-campus interviews. This allows employers to maxi­mize their recruiting efforts by accommodating the busy academic schedule of students and hosting interviews in the Carter College of Business interview rooms. Interviews can be scheduled through COBAlink.

What work authorizations are available?

When a student sets their profile on COBAlink the choices available are: US Citizen, Permanent Resident, H-1B Visa and Restricted.
