Welcome to E-Learning & Multimedia ServicesWelcome! E-Learning and Multimedia Services is a division of the Information Services and Technology department. E-Learning and Multimedia Services includes the following departments: Classroom Technology & Labs, Multimedia Center, Audio/Visual Productions, and E-Learning Support (Canvas Help Desk), Testing Lab, and The Center for Learning with Technology.
Canvas is Harding University's online classroom platform. At Harding, all online courses and content are uploaded and accessed using this learning management system. Canvas is similar to previous online course management tools used at Harding, but should provide a more intuitive interface. For more information about how to access this tool or what to do if it doesn't work like you expect it to, please visit www.harding.edu/elearning or call the E-Learning help desk at 501-279-5201.
The Testing Lab is a place that provides a secure environment for online testing. By having their students test in the lab, instructors can spend valuable class time covering material rather than on assessments. For more information on how to use the Testing Lab please visit the Testing Lab page.
Computers are available for students in various locations around the campus. For a full list of computer labs or when a particular lab is available please visit the Computer Labs page.
If you have a project that requires large format printing, spiral binding, laminating, CD/DVD duplication or anything that can be classified as media, the Multimedia Center can help you. For a full list of services and hours please visit the Multimedia Center page.
Sound and video equipment such as projectors, microphones and speakers are available through the Audio/Video department. For a full list of services please visit the Audio/Video page.
