Harding's 88th Annual Lectureship
September 25-28, 2011Dear friends,
I want to invite you to attend Harding University's 88th Annual Bible Lectureship, September 25-28, 2011. Our theme this year will be Children of God: Studies in 1 John. Seven keynote speakers will address this topic, and a wonderful lineup of teachers will present 150 classes on a wide array of subjects. There will truly be something for everyone.
A special event we introduced in 2010 is what we are calling our Celebration of Ministry Dinner (formerly known as the Preachers, Elders, and Wives Dinner) on Monday night. We are treating everyone (preachers, elders, youth ministers, missionaries, all full-time church workers, and their spouses) to a wonderful meal and a time to celebrate ministry.
A full year of planning will go into making our 88th Annual Lectureship the best it can be. However, we are convinced that the most important and treasured aspect of Lectureship is always the fellowship--and we wouldn't have it any other way. You will have plenty of opportunities to make some new friends and to share special time with people you have loved for many years.
