Faculty Openings

Harding University is a private Christian institution affiliated with the Churches of Christ. In alignment with its mission and religious identity, Harding prioritizes hiring active, engaged members of the Churches of Christ who align with Harding University’s Statement of Faith and agree to uphold the University’s spiritual mission by adhering to the beliefs and institutional policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. Certain positions require Church of Christ membership and are noted below. For all others, if no well-qualified Church of Christ candidates are available, the University may consider others who are aligned with the Statement of Faith and who are active, engaged members in local congregations aligned with the Statement of Faith and the Employee Policies.
