With a graduate degree, you'll be prepared to guide athletes at every level through individualized training programs, helping them reach their highest potential while remaining safe and healthy. Equipped with knowledge of anatomy, you'll also learn the science of strength coaching and put those skills into practice every day. All courses and training sessions are taught from a Christian perspective, so you'll be ready to invest in the lives of athletes both physically and spiritually.

Especially at the collegiate level, there is a movement toward more rigorous standards and accreditation for strength and conditioning coaches with a focus on injury prevention. This program is designed for those who are interested in assisting athletes at all levels to improve athletic performance and emphasis on primary prevention of injuries.

There are two tracks students may take to prepare for the Master of Science in strength and conditioning.

Students who choose this program will be highly trained, responsible, focused and intentional professionals who love the Lord their God and love their neighbors as themselves.
