Errica is the Assistant Director, Inclusive Experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she leads strategic initiatives across Employee Resource Groups, inclusion networks, and external partnerships. With nearly two decades of executive leadership in the insurance industry, her impactful work in talent acquisition, community relations, and cultural transformation has earned her prestigious accolades, including the National African American Insurance Association's Corporate Leader of the Year Award, Insurance Business America's Leading the Change Recognition, and Dallas/Fort Worth African American Insurance Industry Leader of the Year.
A historic trailblazer and proud graduate of Harding University, Errica made school history as the university's very first African American Homecoming Queen. Driven by a passion for community and connection, she also established the Harding University African American Alumni Association.
Beyond her exceptional professional accomplishments, Errica is deeply devoted to her faith and family. She has been happily married for 33 years to Ruben Rivera Jr., the minister of the Lancaster Church of Christ, and together they are the proud parents of their two children, Tres and Romi.
