Churches of Christ face a significant and looming shortage of leaders for churches, ministries and missions. As in Jesus' day, the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. But we believe there is great hope! In this track, we will discuss causes of the shortage and what churches can do to help. We will also introduce a new program that encourages young people to explore ministry as a vocation.
