Tricia Kauffman has faithfully served in children’s ministry since her college years at Harding University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.She has taught Bible classes ranging from nursery through elementary ages and has equipped and encouraged other teachers with practical tools to strengthen their preschool ministries.
Tricia and her husband of 26 years, Chris, have two children, McKinley and Alex, and a son-in-law, Jason. They are members of Cloverdale Church of Christ in Searcy.
Jennifer Mills has served in children's ministry for more than 30 years and is now serving as administrative minister. After graduating from Harding with a bachelor’s degree in English, she served in the public and nonprofit sectors, while also serving children and families in her local congregations. In 2011, Mills transitioned to full-time children and family ministry and completed a children's ministry certification. She and her husband of 33 years, Nathan, have three adult children and co-shepherd in their local congregation.
Trey Reely earned his Bachelor of Education and Master of Education from Harding University. He began his band-directing career at Paragould Middle School in 1985 and retired in 2019 after teaching in the Paragould and Riverview School Districts. He first put his passion for children to work as a church camp counselor in high school, and he has been teaching Bible classes consistently since his freshman year of college in 1980. He is the upper elementary director and Lads to Leaders coordinator at College Church of Christ in Searcy. He is the author of more than 300 magazine articles and 12 books including commentaries for kids on the books of Romans, Proverbs, Psalm, and the parables of Jesus. He and his wife of 43 years, Ronda, have three children and five grandchildren.
