Dr. Monte Cox & Rachel Wisdom
In this book, Richard Rohr discusses each of the 12 steps widely used by addiction recovery groups. He believes the framework is uniquely suited to teach the Church important lessons about spiritual transformation, and we agree! Rohr states that 12 Step Recovery programs are a practical guide towards internalizing this ultimate Christian truth: "We suffer to get well. We surrender to win. We die to live. We give it away to keep it."
