Ian Bradshaw, Ed.S., LPC-S, collectively brings 22 years of experience from the mental health field as well as 24 years in full-time vocational ministry. Throughout his years in the mental health field, he acquired training in healing trauma, addiction recovery and attachment healing. He is also a supervisor for licensed associate counselors in the state of Arkansas and is licensed in the state of Georgia. His work experiences include both residential and outpatient treatment, acute crisis, community mental health, school-based services and advocacy in the juvenile justice system. He served as an administrator over multiple mental health clinics in North Idaho, participated in behavior health education through an NPR radio series and has been interviewed for several newspaper articles over the years. Academically, he has served as an adjunct professor at Harding for the psychology and professional counseling program. For the last eight years he has utilized his training and experiences as the owner of his group practice, Willow Tree Counseling and Consultation Services LLC in Searcy and Batesville, Arkansas, where is blessed to work alongside his wife and incredibly talented team of clinicians and medical staff.  

His mental health experience began the sixth year of his 24-year ministry journey as a fulltime and vocational minister. Along with his wife and four children he has ministered in Florida, North Idaho and Arkansas. He now regularly speaks at workshops and trauma training events for congregations who desire to develop empathy, grow, heal and serve the kingdom of God in a greater and healthier capacity throughout the U.S.
