Riley Pate is the director of clinical supervision at Life Within Counseling Group where he serves as a dual-licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist. He earned his doctorate in counselor education and supervision from Regent University. He is currently affiliate faculty at Harding School of Theology where he teaches counseling skills to ministers. His current passion is working toward helping churches partner with counselors to provide better care in the church. 

 

Thomas Ritchie is the founder of Life Within Counseling Group and a licensed professional counselor. Driven by a belief that every person deserves absolute love, mercy and grace, he is passionate about inspiring hope, building courage and restoring healing. He specializes in working with children, families, foster care and adoption and is clinically trained in trauma-focused therapies including TF-CBT, EMDR-II and Brainspotting. He holds advanced degrees from Harding, including an educational specialist in professional counseling. When not in the office, he loves the outdoors, dreaming big and spending time with his family.
