Join NearPeer! We want to give you a headstart on one of the most important parts of orientation — connecting with future classmates! With that in mind, Harding has partnered with Nearpeer. Nearpeer is a social media peer-to-peer networking platform specifically for Harding students that matches and connects incoming students based on their similarities and common interests. You can locate others in your program of study, find a roommate or just make connections. All admitted students will receive a personal email invitation to join.

June and July Bison Bound Schedule

Day 1:

Students and Parents:

8-9 a.m. - Check-in in the Benson Auditorium

9-9:45 a.m. - Welcome Session in the Benson Auditorium

10-12:00 p.m. - Student Information Sessions (various locations, check schedule at check-in)

12:15-2:15 p.m. - Lunch in the University Dining Hall

1:30-3:15 p.m. - Essential Checklist Items (if needed):

Pipeline: Gain Pipeline Access and Setup Multi-Factor Authentication in the Brackett Library
Admissions Checklist: Turn in any outstanding admissions paperwork in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in Heritage lobby
Incoming Freshman Athletes - complete medical paperwork, pre-participation physical, concussion baseline testing in the Ganus Athletic Center (GAC)

*Important: These items must be completed to register for classes on Friday morning!

1:30-3:15 p.m. - Searcy Business Fair, Heritage Lobby

1:30-3:15 p.m. - Incoming Freshman Athletes - complete medical paperwork, pre-participation physical, concussion baseline testing in the Ganus Athletic Center (GAC)

3:00-4:30 p.m. - Academic Fair in the Ganus Athletic Center (GAC)

5:45 - 7:45 p.m. - Dinner in he University Dining Hall

Students:

10-12:00 p.m. - Student Information Sessions (various locations, check schedule at check-in)

4:45- 5:45 p.m. - Advising Session, specific locations by major

5:45-6:45 p.m. - Advising Session, specific locations by major

Parents:

10-11:00 a.m. - Parent Session I, Benson Auditorium

11:15-12:15 p.m. - Parent Session II, Benson Auditorium

4:45-6:00 p.m. - Parent Program, Benson Auditorium

Day 2:

Students and Parents:

8:00-8:45 a.m. - Breakfast in the University Dining Hall

9-9:45 a.m. - Worship and Connection in the Benson Auditorium

Students:

10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. - Student Class Scheduling, specific locations by major

11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. - University Dining Hall or other campus dining options

10:00 a.m.-1:00p.m. - Bison Bound Bash in the Heritage lobby! Pick up your student I.D., and celebrate … you’re officially a Bison!

Parents:

10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Parent Information Fair in the Heritage Lobby

11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.- Lunch on your own in the University Dining Hall or other campus dining locations
