Note: Equipment needs to be reserved a minimum of one week in advance.

To guarantee we have the right equipment going to the right place we ask that you email us what you are needing and where it needs to be and by what time it needs to be set up.
Examples:
1 wireless lapel mic in Founders room at 1:00 pm on the 27th of August.
3 mics and an iPhone connection. Front lawn at 3:00 pm on the 30th of August.
